Return & Refund

At Skergo, we are committed to providing you with the best-in-class ergonomic backpacks designed for comfort, durability, and spine support. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” at support@skergo.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and share return shipping instructions.
  3. Once the shipping instructions are sent, our courier partners will pick up the product(s) within 3-4 days.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10-12 business days to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Self-Ship Return?

We provide a reverse-pickup facility for most of the pin codes. In case any pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup by our courier partners, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to the below-mentioned address:

In case of a Self-Ship Return, the courier charges that you spent on shipping the product(s) back to us will be reimbursed to your bank account.

Self-Ship Return Shipping Instructions:

  1. If your chosen courier and shipping cost exceed Rs. 100, prior approval from us is mandatory.
  2. Ensure the product(s) is packed securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  3. Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  4. Ensure all items are in unused condition, and the packaging is intact along with the tags & labels.

Please Note: Use Speed Post to return the product(s) and avoid using any local courier companies as they are not reliable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping charges or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If the product(s) were purchased at a discount, only the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded, not the full listed price.
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-12 business days. In case of Cash On Delivery, you must provide us with a UPI-linked phone number or bank account details on support@skergo.com

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you can return the original and place a new order.
  • Partial exchanges are not allowed. You must return all products in the order and place a new one from our website.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom or limited edition products may not be eligible for returns (if applicable).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@skergo.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
